What is cheese on fire you may ask???  It is a mexican dish called queso flameado.  It is made up of thick cheese lit on fire and ate in a tortilla.  Which we renamed Cheese On Fire.  And when thinking of a domain name it came up.  The website is the personal website for me.  I use it for dispersing videos and practice on my web mastering skills.
